General Viewers
What kind of music will I
find on this site?
You will find all types of music on our website.
Mostly, we feature independent artists that have not been
signed to major record labels. We are constantly adding more
titles to our website.
How do I find an artist I
am looking for?
If you are looking for a particular artist,
the easiest way is to use our "Quick Search" feature
found at the top of every page. If you know more information
that might help to narrow your search, click on "Advanced
Search."
You can also browse our catalog by the music
style of the artists. On the homepage click on any music style
on the left side of the screen.
Can I find these CDs at any
major music store?
It is highly unlikely you will find any of our
CDs at your local major music retailer. The music found here
is by independent musicians that have limited distribution
of their CD titles. If you like the music, buy it at rhythmnet.com.
Chances are you will not find it the next time you visit your
local mall.
Can I find these CDs anywhere
else on the Internet?
It is possible that some artists distribute
their CDs through numerous websites.
How do I listen to music
samples?
Music samples that you can download from our
site are in mp3 format. Chance are that your computer is already
able to play this format. If not, there are many popular applications
that support the playback of mp3 files. For an easy way to
find these players go to download.com
and search for "mp3 players." After downloading
and installing the software you will be ready to listen to
all of our music samples.
How do I purchase CDs?
It is simple. Just click on the "Order
Now" button located next to the album that you would
like to purchase. This will add the item to your shopping
cart. You can now add more items into your shopping cart or
check out and complete your purchase.
To check out, click the button "I'm ready
to check out!" on the shopping cart page. Enter your
personal information and click the "Review Your Order"
button. This allows your to confirm you order. After you are
sure that your information is correct, click on "Submit
Your Order." You will receive a confirmation e-mail and
your item will be shipped within 24 hours.
How much do you charge for
shipping?
Click here for a chart of our shipping
charges.
Do you charge sales tax?
California residents are charged a 7.75% sales
tax. Click here to find out how
much.
Will my credit card information
be secure?
Yes! Our ordering process is performed on a
secure server. Your personal information will be secure!
I want to download a music
sample but the mp3 file only appears in a pop-up window. What
do I do?
Your mp3 player application is configured to
work automatically with your web browser software.
To download the file, simply right-click (on
Macs hold down Control while clicking) and choose "Save
to file..." from the menu.
You can also check the help guide in your browser
software to disable the application from opening when downloading
a mp3 file. This will cause the browser to download the file
instead of playing it with the mp3 player application.
I would like to hear the
mp3 sample right away but it keeps downloading to my computer
first. What do I do?
You need to configure your web browser software
to automatically launch your mp3 player application when clicking
on a mp3 file. Check your help guide in your browser software
for instructions. Once you have it setup, the mp3 file will
appear in a pop-up window and start playing right away.
How is the merchandise I
purchase shipped?
Your merchandise will be packed into a secure
package to keep it safe. Delivery is handled by the United
States Postal Service.
